I wrapped up my Gyleen Fitzgerald Mystery Quilt as a charitable donation yesterday, and have another one under the needle already! After this I’ll divert to some raffle blocks for the East Cobb Quilters’ Guild- the Very Super Secret Ones we’ve reserved for ourselves so as to not give the design away too much.
I don’t expect those to take too long, though, so it’s a good thing I’ve got bits pulled together for another donation quilt, and also another pattern to test for Lynn and I!
Good job getting that off of your plate! Can’s wait to see the super secret blocks.
I keep meaning to comment but never seem to get around to it. I enjoy your podcasts and listen while I sew. A couple episodes ago you talked about quilting pebbles and how it always takes so much longer than you remember. I agree. It always starts out seeming like a good idea, but very quickly you remember why you don’t do them. The only thing worse than quilting pebbles is un-quilting them, which is what I was doing while listening to your podcast. I had to laugh. Thanks for all you do.
