Back in the green! I finished up a pile of quilts this weekend, mostly so I’d have something to show at my guild meeting this morning. I finished my version of Scrapitude, but I’m saving pictures of that until the final step is officially revealed over on Sandy’s blog. I also finished one of the two lap quilts from my Lilac Hill parts that was originally a king size quilt, and the final one in the trio of baby quilts. I’ll have pictures of those this week.
- Used this Week: 16.25 yards
- 9 yd for Scrapitude (pics when the final step is revealed - I winged it with piecing the top together)
- 5.25 yd for Lilac Bits lap quilt - pics soon!
- 2 yd for Easy Baby Quilt - pics soon!
- Used year to Date: 55.75 yards
- Added this Week: 0 yards
- Woohoo!

Woohoo is right! You just plowed through this week! Wish I were you! :)))
You were right about the brussel sprouts recipe. Yum!
well done. Knew it couldn’t stay in the red long. I have done my first stash report tonight. 11m in the black for the year. I bought fabric on holidays and got a late Christmas gift as well.
Just thinking of you as your area prepares for another snowstorm. Hope you are able to get a lot of quilting during the nasty weather. Up here, in the Black Hills, we are coming out of the sub-zero temperatures. Last week temps were down to -16 for the day - too, too cold for my liking. When it is below 32 degrees I don’t leave the house unless it is for work, so it makes for great quilting time. As for snow, there is less snow here than what your area is suppose to get soon. Here there is maybe 3 inches on the ground. It should be gone this weekend when the temps get up to the 50s.
